Mwanexa sets only the cookies and browser storage the platform needs in order to work. There are no advertising, social or analytics trackers anywhere on this site.

1. Do you need to consent?
No. Consent is required for cookies that track you or profile you for advertising or analytics. Mwanexa uses none of those. Everything we store is strictly necessary to sign you in and honour settings you chose yourself, so it is placed on the basis of legitimate necessity rather than consent.
We still show a short notice so you know what is stored. Dismissing it simply records that you have read it.
2. What we store

3. Third parties
- Pesapal — when you start a payment you are taken to Pesapal’s own secure pages, which set their own cookies under their policy. Mwanexa embeds no payment iframes or trackers.
- Google Fonts — our typefaces are requested from Google’s font service. This sets no cookies, though Google receives the request IP address.
- Google Sign-in — only if you choose to sign in with Google, in which case Google sets cookies on its own domain.
We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, heatmaps, session recording or any advertising network.
4. Managing storage
You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking our essential storage will sign you out and prevent the platform from working. Signing out of Mwanexa removes your session token.
